1. Introduction

The Website is operated by Dumax LLC, which conducts business under the trading name "Sylvio" ("Sylvio," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Security page, and Product and Health Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you and cannot be waived or limited by contract.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

However, colors, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, or normal manufacturing variation.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product specifications at any time. Products sold through the Website are intended for personal and household use only and not for resale. We may decline or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed for resale or commercial distribution.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. When using our products, you agree to:

• read and follow the fitting and use instructions provided on the Website and with the product;

4. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms. After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship the products and send a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, in whole or in part, before acceptance or, where permitted by law, after acceptance, including where:

• payment cannot be authorized or verified;

• we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activity;

• the order appears to be placed for resale or in quantities exceeding personal use;

• the product is unavailable;

• the order contains a pricing, description, or other material error;

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation by Customers

You may request cancellation of an order by contacting us at thesylvio.support@gmail.com with your order number. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for fulfillment or shipped. If cancellation is possible, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and any request will be handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes

All prices on the Website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you submit your order. We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Promotions and Bundle Offers

From time to time, we may offer promotions such as multi-unit bundle pricing, percentage discounts, or free shipping thresholds. Unless otherwise stated:

• promotions cannot be combined with other offers;

Taxes, Duties, and Currency Conversion

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law. For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your payment method is denominated in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or foreign transaction fees. Such charges are determined by your provider and are your responsibility.

By submitting an order, you:

• confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided;

• authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total order amount, including product price, applicable shipping charges, and taxes;

• agree that we and our payment processors may perform verification and fraud prevention checks before processing your order.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be verified, we may cancel or suspend the related order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to destinations worldwide where shipping is available at checkout. Some destinations may be excluded because of carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or other operational reasons.

Standard shipping is free for orders with a subtotal over $50.00 (USD), calculated after discounts and excluding taxes and duties. Orders below this threshold are subject to shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times shown on the Website or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was refused or not collected, any reshipment costs may be charged to you.

Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided, as confirmed by carrier tracking information. Delivery to the address provided includes delivery to a mailbox, doorstep, reception area, parcel locker, or other location designated by the carrier.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the carrier confirms that the shipment was lost or where no delivery is recorded after a reasonable investigation, we will reship the order or issue a refund, at our discretion. 8. Refunds, Returns, and Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible orders are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. The key terms are summarized below. Full terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date shown in carrier tracking information.

• Requests must be sent to thesylvio.support@gmail.com and include your order number. We may ask for reasonable supporting information, such as photos of the product.

• We may require the product to be returned before a refund is issued. Where a return is required for reasons other than a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the refund results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or from our error.

• For orders with bundle or promotional pricing, refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid, allocated proportionally across the units in the order.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, so that we can review the issue and, where relevant, file a claim with the carrier. In these cases, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

We may decline guarantee or refund requests that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or abusive, including repeated claims inconsistent with normal use, or claims for products that were not purchased from the Website.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase. This right is described in our Refund Policy and applies in addition to our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide order, payment, delivery, and communication records to the relevant payment processor or card issuer in order to respond. We reserve the right to recover amounts lawfully owed to us.

The Website is hosted on the Shopify platform. Purchases made through the Website are made directly with Dumax LLC, and Shopify is not responsible for the sale of products to you.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including the Sylvio name, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, product designs, and page layouts, are owned by or licensed to Dumax LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, testimonials, suggestions, or other content to us ("User Content"), you grant Dumax LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Website and our products, subject to applicable law.

You confirm that your User Content reflects your honest experience, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not submit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, carrier or supplier disruptions, internet or utility failures, or customs delays.
